Information we collect

Lunchbox Brewing Company collects your first and last name, email address, mobile number, confirmation that you are 21 or older, and acceptance of the contest rules and privacy policy. We also record passport stamps, social-follow confirmations, previously earned share entries, raffle entries, prize-draw records and account activity needed for authentication and fraud prevention.

Camera and social follows

The camera is used, with your permission, to read the bartender's QR code on your phone. Camera frames are not uploaded or stored by the passport app; the decoded stamp code is sent for verification. If you decline camera access, staff can use the fallback PIN.

The app records the account when you confirm a follow or subscription. Follows are self-reported, not automatically verified with the social platform. The app does not ask for your social-account password or upload photos. Activity on another platform is governed by that platform's privacy policy. The passport app does not request your device's location.

How we use your information

• Provide account access and maintain your passport and entries.
• Verify qualifying activity, prevent duplicate entries and investigate abuse.
• Administer the raffle, contact winners and arrange prize delivery.
• Respond to account and privacy requests.

Creating a passport or accepting this policy does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing and security

Authorized Lunchbox staff can access participant information to administer the event. Our managed hosting, account and email providers process information needed to operate the app and deliver account emails. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud.

Account and contest records are stored with access controls. Passwords are not visible to us in plain text. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and activity information as needed to operate the contest, fulfill prizes, resolve disputes and maintain required event records. You can stop participating at any time, and request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@lunchboxbrewery.com from your account's email address. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or prize disputes. Removing your account before prize selection may prevent us from verifying entries or contacting you.

Age restriction and updates

This app is intended for adults 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
